The location is central. Hasanaga Restaurant, where you can eat, is just a pleasant stroll away from here. - the indoor restaurant is a very nice place to hang out, with great service and food.

The breakfast was extensive, I will choose the place for future trips. The hotel was very peaceful with hospitable employees from check-in to check-out. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an Antalya marina. The pool bar was available on the premises.

Set in the Kalici (old town) area of Antalya, this hotel gave you everything you would wish for in an old Turkish setting. The rooms were decorated in a very luxurious style and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Beautiful setting- old Ottoman houses refurbished to meet the needs and comfort of the most discerning traveler, interior done in excellent taste, rooms large with very comfortable beds and most importantly for Antalya the air conditioning system in the rooms work very well, the bathrooms were in league with the world's best hotels. The Tuvana's gourmet restaurant set in a lush tropical patio has impeccable service and a menu with tempting selections. Their breakfast room provided the best breakfast selection buffet we had in Turkey. The hotel is well located in the colorful old town port. Everything about the Tuvana was delightful, but if I had to name just one thing that makes this hotel so superior it would be its outstanding friendly service. A great hotel!

Excellent small attentive hotel with a superb fine dining resturant. Plenty of cool hide aways in the courtyards and gardens. Very well postitioned, quiet side street but minutes to the beach, harbour and the hustle bustle of the square.

The quality of the food at the main restaurant was only exceeded by the extreme quality and attention of the staff. Location in old city is great but difficult to access. Reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Location is difficult to find in narrow streets. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool. Morning buffet ends at 10:00. Food and beverages are actually removed at 10:00. Be prepared to fill your plate and cups before 10:00.

The location is great, and the hotel is clean but I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. I realized that you can find clean and nice hotels in Antalya at a better price were they treat you well. Tuvana is too expensive given the way they treat you and the poor service they provide. Specially I do not recommend it for families with small kids since they do not have a proper crib for babies and the restaurant is not flexible at all if you ask for a meal or a glass of milk outside their dinner time at 7:30, they instead sent us to the expensive restaurant which is across the street. I as well do not recommend it to anybody else, read below some our experiences:
Tuvana hotel is not what it was before, they live in their old reputation, I really felt like in a tourist trap. -Staff arrogant, disorganized and not helpful . Any time we asked a question we felt we were interrupting their valuable time. - They put a crib for our baby with no mattress and no clean blankets, when we ask for it, they brought a dirty broken sofa cushion that barely fit in the crib and one blanket. On top the person was clearly upset for our request. -Internet wireless didn’t work for most of the day, not helpful staff to resolve the issue. -They forgot the wake up call at 3:15 in the morning for us to got to the airport, and the receptionist denied that we asked for it, until we showed the notebook were they wrote our request the day before. -No lunch bags as they claim to give you when you leave to early to stay for breakfast: a bad wrapped and badly done sandwiches, whit not even a bag to carry them. I think they made them last minute because I asked for it before leaving. -A TERRIBLE THING: When we were leaving we complained about all the issues, until then they try to be nice, however when I asked for an invoice the person at the reception told me: " the computer does not work now, but if I send you the invoice you will not write anything bad about us? " That really upset me so much, they were conditioning the invoice, which is a right I have as a costumer.

People at the hotel: Özgür and Aziz, the owners (and also everyday managers) of this hotel as well as Omar and his colleagues at the reception were very helpful and kind from the beginning and throughout our stay- with useful suggestions on excursions, taxi-order, reservation in the restaurant or just asking packet-breakfast in those days when we started our program early in the morning. All our requests were fulfilled. Tuvana is an excellent choice for staying in Antalya: its location is perfect both for exploring the old town (Hadrian gate, Clock Tower are both pretty close) also the harbour and the beaches. It is very close to tram and bus /dolmus stations as well. Taxi from/to airport costs 40 Turkish Lira and takes approximately 20 minutes. The hotel has guest houses at the same place- all are in perfect condition- the rooms, corridors etc. with nice decoration and furniture. Free wi-fi was offered and it was working properly in our room. Buffet breakfast was excellent and tasty with many fresh fruits, hot and cold meals. Many times in very hot days we were just relaxing in the pleasant gardens - they looked like a green oasis in the middle of the old town- with a nice swimming pool and comfortable sundesks /umbrellas. Our room was cleaned every day- with fresh towels, cleanness -and a very well-working air-conditioning...We would prefer to stay in Tuvana hotel next time again if we come to Antalya again.

The staff was attentive. the hotel was in a stunning and wonderful location in the 'old town' area. We were very close to the restaurant and evening bar, walking distance to the tram and kaleici, the old district. I would definitely recommend it.
